Mira only stores data that is absolutely necessary for its functions to operate:
Data processing is carried out exclusively to provide the bot's functions on the Fluxer platform.
When using AI commands (such as !ask or !imagine), your text prompts are sent to an external provider (Pollinations.ai) to generate the requested content. No personally identifiable information (such as your Username or User ID) is transmitted alongside these prompts.
Your data is stored securely in our database on a private Ubuntu server. We will never sell your data or share it with unauthorized third parties.
Data is retained as long as it is necessary for the bot's functionality. Because data isn't automatically wiped when the bot leaves a server, you have the right to request a full copy of your stored data or demand its complete deletion at any time. Server owners can also request the deletion of all server-related configurations.
